Policies
Cancellations: 24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled time unless we are able to fill the time with another client.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are to be used within one year of issue. You may redeem after one year, however client will be responsible for 10% of the current session rate per month. For example if expired in December and you wanted to redeem in March, you would pay 30% of the current rate.
